This would have been better if it had just been written out somewhere. 1) you're not visually appealing 2)It's obvious you're reading a script off the screen which realy just makes this look shitty. 3)All of this is pretty much common knowledge.

Just use: http://flashflashrevolution.com/ffrndanotherway.swf this is effectively the 'low res' version of ffr which they have which is like 200 x 400 px.. but that will speed up ffr.. also, a higher resolution.. E.G. 1024 x 768 will ofcourse run slower than 800 x 600, because that is a bigger resolution for your computer to render and re-render, which ofcourse on most computer monitors is about 60 times per second.. so, 800 x 600 would greatly decrease your lag. using firefox usually increases the amount of lag I experience rather than decrease, for whatever reason, and ofcourse I am an internet explorer enthusiest, being a web developer you probably wouldn't expect that from me :). Also, firefox 2 AND firefox 3 BOTH have memory issues.. E.G. Leaks..

Nice Tass. Funny story.. while watching the vid, i had major lag. lol. To me it looked like you were talking faster then your mouth could keep up. Yet another tip, Videos on some sites that have advertisement won't always run as normal as they should. Should stay away from those videos or such.
