I'm gonna go ahead and sound noobish, but is that ITG? If so, that's why it's easy. To me, just from experience, I've noticed that every song I've ever played on ITG has been horribly stepped and retardedly easy. Horribly stepped meaning that the arrows have no patterns that your eyes can see match the music; the arrows are usually just a bunch of crappy streams, that if you're lucky, will match bpms, but just feel retarded to play. The only thing I can think to say to explain correctly is that two songs of completely different genres but with the same basic bpm have the same notes, which just seems like every song is the same. I'm sorry to go on about this crap, but I'm too lazy to edit files to get them to work on ITG, and without doing so, what you can find easily is just crap
