i tried speed mods when i played DDR but never got used to it. Ever since then i have gotten accustomed to reading original speed songs. after some practice, my eyes get trained on specific sections of a song so that it stands still in my mind. after training it in my mind like that, it 's not too hard for me to do some songs. i'm trying rose next, because i've always wanted to FC it.

You are one of the best 1.0x (it is on 1.0x, right?) players I've ever seen. Speed mods are supposed to make it easier to read- once you adjust to a faster speed. It makes the arrows less cluttered so that you can read them individually better. Also, if you see an arrow on 3.0x and hit it right away, you have a higher chance of getting a perfect on that than if you do it the second you do it on 1.0x 8)
