The 16th stream patterns seem really arbitrary too. I have no idea what they are going to. Additionaly, your layering is inconsistent. You have jumps on every 8th and 4th note at some parts, but I don't understand what exactly you are layering to. If you are layering to the bells, you have jumps where there is no bells.
