Description: Long story short, we had the base of the bar welded by the equivalent of a five year old and the two pieces that stuck up weren't exactly parallel. It took 3 of us to pull the bar apart wide enough to get it to slide over the base pieces. Since we did that, the plate wouldn't slide down. Like at all. Ross decided to jump on it. Lets just say it's never coming off again...
