Cool! So am I. I compose techno, but listen to hip-hop. Hip-hop beats are just too simple for me to compose. I've made a remix beat for 50 Cent - Patiently Waiting though. BUT my sister hid my file and I can't access any of my old fruity sets.

I made a trance remix of 50 Cent - In Da Club just for fun. I speeded his rap up and put a bangin' trance background to it. I played it out one night and some people started going crazy on the dance floor. It was a real funny sight! Some of them came up to me and asked where they could buy it from!

If that's to me, the answer is yes. I do all my work in FL. I imported the rapping into Cool Edit and speeded it up to 140bpm before importing it back to FL and working the background around it.
