RE: When was this added?
Well, that is some random stuff... Why not pick one or two and learn those. Some of those dont go with some others (C++ and HTML) etc.
Also, I would suggest two things.
1) Look for books on Amazon.com
2) Just read tutorials online (FREE)
Or try taking a class at your school if they offer it. I, of course, would say to learn it on your own because of the speed at which you can go. But some people do better taking classes then teaching themselves (Motivation etc).

son you can't expect us to spoon feed you tutorials... google is your friend. I'm sure there's an abundance to choose from.
and as for when this forum was added, consider looking at the date of the announcement.Comment

RE: When was this added?
http://www.cyberdiem.com/vin/learn.html It was the first result on google. Remember to search on google first before you ask a lazy question.
I don't know about you but I learned .html over time building websites.
But here is a toturial. http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp
Once again it is the first result on Google.Comment

Java isn't THAT bad, but it's just theres a lot of compiler errors to easily make.

Learn C++. After learning that, every language will come easily with little effort to put in to learn the different syntax for each.
Example: I took the AP CS A exam after looking over some syntax and some of the marine biology case study for a total of 4 hours. No course at school. Got a 5 with extreme ease.

Yes But, it would be smart to start off with EthosBASIC or BlitzBASIC before you learn C++. It makes it alot easier.Originally posted by soccr743Learn C++. After learning that, every language will come easily with little effort to put in to learn the different syntax for each.

EDIT: IF you wanna make html and PHP then get Dreamweaver. For flash then just get Flash MX. As for Java. . . I dunno, I never use Java.Comment

RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: When was this added?
No way. I would say just to dive into C++. My reasoning is that Basic hides way too much from you and the difference between knowing nothing to C++ is around the same as knowing basic to C++.
The only slight difference is experience in making things work compared to having none.

HTML is easy to learn, PHP is pretty easy to learn... C++ and Java are a little more difficult to learn..
What else.. meh.. I don't know.
XML I think what it's called.. something else. xD
Whatever.. I only use HTML & PHP for my website. =/
