I really, really enjoy playing FFR. But, my computer was WAY too slow to play it. So, recently, I was finally able to acquire a 500Megahertz Intel Celeron. AND IT'S STILL TOO SLOW! I am very, very frustrated. Is there ANYTHING at all I can do to help the lag? It'll be off by a couple beats near the end of the song, and it's SO FRUSTRATING! I already have the quality down to one, all other programs shut down, and it's still laggy. Please help me, I love this game, and want to keep playing.

Virtual memory upgrade? Get rid of some programs on your comp, but only if your hardrive is full. That's all I can think of...

Does ram affect the gameplay? Might want to look into that

What type of internet connection do you have? Cable? 56k? A wire taped to a rock?

Try right clicking inside of the game, go to settings, clicking on the folder icon, and changing the amount of data flashflashrevolution.com can store on your computer to "Unlimited". Then reload the game. If that doesn't work, you'll just have to upgrade your computer...

You could try playing it on a proccessor that's not 5-6 years old.

Thank you for the tips...I changed the data settings, that helped a little. As for my internet, I have made major breakthroughs in discovering that if you use duct tape instead of packing tape on the rock, it works about twice as well. No, actually, I have Telus ADSL. And yeah, as for my old processor, that's as good as it's going to get. I don't make thousands of dollars a month to spend on new ones. I was fortunate to get this one.
