I dunno... I'm not saying Xilo is bad, he's one of the best at Photoshop Elements 2.0, but I'm thinking Arch is expecting a BG done by someone with expertise with CS 8.0, Bryce, 3dsm, etc.

The only reason the IIDX bg looks badass is the character. Hes amazing. If I could actually crop him, I could just create a seperate bg and then put him on and blend.

But hes impossible to crop.

If you can actually crop him, then well...you have the patience of a god. Im not talking about a shitty crop though =/ It would take like 20 mins to crop him right without shit edges left over or cutting off/messing up little pieces of him that stick out.
