Not going to give any hints that would lead towards how to solve it, as I want it to take some time for you guys to solve. I did get the concept for this puzzle from a puzzle that Rubix once posted. And I did not get anyone to test this… so I hope I didn’t make an error.

     how to solve?

     -the numbers are decimal ASCII. convert to plain text.
     -you are left with a whole bunch of octal numbers (hence the 32 every 4th number).
     -convert the octal back to plain text. you are left with hex values.
     -convert the hex to plain text to get “I LOVE FREE STUFF”

     yea… you guys were trying hex, but it clearly made no sense in hex. should have realized it was base 10 for the 1st step. steps 2 and 3 are fairly obvious once you get the 1st.

     rubix’s riddle started with binary, so that made it really easy to know what it was. he also made it clear that you were converting from 1 format to another in his pre-puzzle information. i made sure not to do that, as i wanted it to be harder. once you know what to do, it’s fairly straight forward.
