To unlock it, play Love You Anymore (Hip-Hop, level 2 of 12, 120 steps) and pass the song with 40 or less goods.

This is a skill token meant for the new users to FFR. Another easy skill token. The arrows are spaced far enough so you should be able to hit near all perfect. There's a somewhat fast 10 step stream at around step#87
