Tell skill token unlocked

I unlocked it on 8/9/07

To unlock it, play Moonlight Sonata (Classical, level 3 of 12, 200 steps) and pass the song with at least 100 perfects.

This is a skill token meant for the new users to FFR. This is a little harder than the previous ones, mainly because there's more arrows. However, this shouldn't be too hard, even for beginners.
