I unlocked it on 8/5/07

To unlock it, play Super Mario 8-Bit Eighties Remix (Arcade, level 1 of 12, 174 steps) and pass the song with at least a combo of 100.

This is a skill token meant for the new users to FFR. Again, incredibly easy, unless your computer lags like crazy or if your reaction time is incredibly slow.
