Question for the General Public

I was thinking of dying a hair a lighter shade of brown, or maybe a reddish brown.

Lighter brown would be like:

If not dying all of my hair, I was thinking of highlights in the colors mentioned above.

So, I'm taking a poll. Thoughts? Suggestions? Hairstyle will be around the same, more or less. Lol.
