Heh all good no worries ;) the way u play would be considered one handed. Spread is when u use two hands (both ur index and middle fingers). So, instead of using the 4 arrow keys with one hand u use 4 keys on ur keyboard as ur up/down/left/right and use one finger on each key. A/S/K/L is a popular one since most keyboards won't ghost it.
