After having a rough time fixing stuff on my computer I noticed my internet was really slow. I did a speed test and it turned out my internet was running as if I was using a 56k modem. I did a lot of stuff to fix it, ran antivirus programs, reinstall my wifi adapter, everything. I then checked the computer that was connected straight to the modem and it too was running hella slow. So I unhooked the modem and let it power cycle. 10 minutes later I get my 744 kbps connection back.

I downloaded Stepmania a longtime ago and have kinda lost touch with playing FFR. I used to be kinda good. Now I just plain suck. I played songs I used to be good at but I keep doing horrible. However I'm kinda good at Stepmania. Weird.

Doom has taken a nice place in my life ever since I found a port that was pretty much made for online play. I am now in the process of making my own WADs, or a file that uses bits from the original game (enemies, textures, etc.) and replaces other things like maps and sometimes sprites and sound. I'm focusing on maps right now but later I might try to make my own version of some of the weapons. Yah, I'm trying to way too many things T.T

CHRIST!!!!!!!!!! I mean, this is friggin' hard to do by yourself. I've just been doing more research into actionscript and have gotten some of the basics crammed into my head. My games kinda suck though cus' I'm not really an artist T.T But I basically know how to get some things to work like certain instances where you wanna kill something (*cough* Hitler clones *Cough*). One of the hard parts is setting when special moves (like double jumps or sliding, etc) occur. You have to set it so certain variables have to be true or equal to a number (true/false variable are boolean values, I have no idea why). God help me. I really do wanna be a programmer.

I've successfully coded my first game, and honestly the engine sucks. I'm gonna redo it and try to make it look and act better. I've also been contemplating on whether to buy GH2 or DDR Universe.
