Mikey passed away his afternoon... a big piece of me has died along with him and I am feeling so torn and broken right now... :'( Update on MikeyPosted on: August 22, 2012, at 08:49:56pm [ 5 comments] I just got an update from my best friend Mike's mom and she said that the doctor's prognosis on him is very poor. This is the hardest thing I've had to endure in the past year and it's tearing me apart to know that the one best friend that saw me through so much and gave me enough courage to do things I was afraid to do and the one friend I've had in my life that knows when I'm upset and knows how to cheer me up with his witty geek humor may not make it... I just found out with no warning from my boss, that I was fired from my job... I found out when I was supposed to babysit for the weekend and I NEVER received a call ahead of time about me babysitting. Well I went with my husband to pick up his sister and her friend from youth group and come to find out, she was chosen to replace me in this position... she does nothing but text and leave David to be bored out of his mind while I was the one that ALWAYS no fail kept him busy... all I can say is, I can add that to my list of failures in life... the moment she realizes she made a mistake firing me and asks me to return, I'll be telling her absolutely NO! Well I have finally decided to go back and have also finally made up my mind what I want to major and minor in!!!! I have decided to major in Paleontology and minor in Anthropology!!!! :D So excited to start college again and to start getting my career in gear once I can afford to go back :D |
