X were to be found guilty of cheating on Y with Z. Z said that he didn't know that X wasn't single and would never have done that if he knew.

X was discovered dead in a tub under the water with both wrists slit,with a toaster in the tub, a empty bottle of asprin, a broken noose on his neck, and he shot himself.
