I long to see him in what could have been,
The blood slowly dripping off my chin.
My eyes go completely blank,
As he looked at me his heart sank.
I lunge at him with all my might,
But he stops me and holds me tight.
I stare at him in shock,
It feels as if my heart was unlocked.
I feel like I'm about to cry,
I can not bear to see him die.
I lay now underneath my grave,
I killed myself to keep him safe.
