This was supposed to be a lenny face but ended up as a bunch of boxes
edit: contest over, sent credits, grat
In the comment section, link a replay of a score achieved after this post where you passed a song with perfects = goods = averages = misses = boos = combo. For this to be possible, the total notecount of the file needs to be divisible by 4.
Successful submissions will receive 250X credits where X is the reoccurring number used in your score.
One submission per player, submissions close when I get back from tacos…probably 1am server time but that’s just a prediction so don’t dilly dally.
edit: ok smartdad lets do a mystery pic
This 30×30 pixel snapshot blown up to 150×150 was taken from some image somewhere on the site. First to correctly guess from where will get 100,000 credits. One guess per person.

Last Day To Order Your FFR Shirt! [Concluded]
Today is the last day on the shirt campaign, if you were planning on ordering one and haven’t yet make sure you do by 11pm EST. We’re up to 21 shirts sold, which is about $136 more raised for events to add to the $208 we got from the last campaign (They raised their prices for the holiday season). If we can get more orders in the cost of the shirts will go down and we’ll get a little bit more per shirt. https://teespring.com/flashflashrevolution-shirt

In other news!
Development
Did you notice anything about the website? Other than some spoopy additions hidden everywhere? Recently, the development team has cooked up some site changes that you guys all helped to influence through the October 2014 Site Use Survey. Things are arranged around a little bit differently, but everything’s still there as it should be!
Have you played JJR before? That’s, JavaScript JavaScript Revolution. Trumpet63 has been delving into this little project, and there’s been some interest floating around – it’s pretty dang cool.
Game Management
The High FGO+ batch is still ongoing, and submissions are still being accepted. Notes for the first five files are up in the Batch Review Thread, and judging is still charging forward! Deadline is October 31st, 11:59 PM Server Time. Not that much time left!
The Official Tournament Special Batch has now opened up as well! The thread has all the pertinent information for what kinds of files they’re looking for in this batch.
As an additional announcement and clarification regarding these special batches, if you already have a file in the normal queue, you are allowed to transfer the file(s) over to a special batch if it fits the special batch’s criteria.
If you’re looking for a quick stop to see progress, head to the Weekly Batch Update and Sprint Overview for a glimpse at the progress of all of that stuff
The web development team has been working on the Batch Search Engine, with progress steady and creeping forwards.
Tournaments
Get ready for the Team Bracket Tournament hosted by Deadlyx39 and Red Blaster. Signups end November 7th at 11:59 PM server time, so join up with a team, and get arrowsmashing!
Ongoing right now is the Player’s Choice Tournament feat. botchi246 and Kanzas, where players get to pick their songs before rounds start. See how that’s turning out, or let this serve as a reminder to submit your round scores!
Keep an eye out for the results of gstarfire’s All Skill Tournament as results are pending as of now.
Congratulations to the winners of the Amazings Only Tournament, and all who participated! Truly an interesting take on hyper-accurate play.
Events
The big official event is up there, if you haven’t read that, you may want to do that right now, or check out the Halloween Hunt Thread
badman7772 continues to do his RNG, pulling cards from your gameplays. If you haven’t actually checked out the FFR Trading Card Game then you should also give that a peek.
Thanks to everyone who bought a T-shirt. Keep the pictures are coming in! In total, the fundraiser raised $208 for prizes for use in a certain…Official tournament that is coming up.
Social Media
Shoutouts to the social media crew, who update much more frequently than the front page! If you want more detailed and juicy tidbits of FFR happenings, definitely head on over and give the FFR official Twitter a follow, and the Facebook page a like!
For the time being, the Youtube project will be put on the backburner, as focus shifts towards the upcoming official tournament. The hype levels have been set to minimum, so let’s start raising the bar. Every day is a day closer to the official!
Happy Hunting!

What’s Happenin’ (October 13, 2015)
Hey everyone, sorry to have missed doing this last week but there’s been so much up on the front page lately I thought it might be good to take a break for a week.
Development
As you’ve probably already noticed lots of things have been going on in development lately. We’ve had a skill rating formula update, a new stat on the global leaderboards, halved noteskin, more tokens added to the recent achievements, R^3 engine updates, updates to the site that have optimized it and most recently, the front page updates that are happening. Please give a huge thanks to all our devs for taking the time and putting in the work to get so much done. I’d also like to give a shoutout to aperson, who isn’t currently on the dev team, but has been lending a helping hand to make some of this possible.
Game Management
The web development team will be going through training and starting on development tasks next week.
Judging for phase 1 of the Hard Songs Batch should be starting this weekend. Submissions are still open for phase 2 if you were still hoping to submit a file for it.
Be sure to check the Weekly Batch Update and the Sprint Overview for the most recent updates with game management.
Wiki Team
noname219 has made the corrections for the song list public and needs additional feedback. Check out this post for the details.
Events
The events team has been working together to put this year’s Halloween event together, so get hype for that.
I’m still working slowly on piecing together the official tournament to get it going for you guys hopefully in December. I just spoke with Dossar and we will be holding a special tournament batch to help us facilitate the files needed to get this done. So be sure to keep an eye out for that in the upcoming days.
Also, don’t forget there’s always the FFR Trading Card Game for your entertainment so be sure to check that out if you haven’t. badman7772 has something up his sleeve for tomorrow and you could win credits on top of cards for completing challenges.
The FFR T-Shirt fundraiser has 8 days remaining, so if you wanted a shirt make sure you get it before time is up. We’ve sold 17 so far which puts us at about $120 raised for prizes.
Social Media
The YouTube channel has been taking a little bit longer to get going than I originally hoped, but there is progress. I do have two videos submitted to me that I need to do some small edits to and then I can upload them to get the channel started. I could always use more helping hands with the channel so if you’re interested head on over to the YouTube Thread
Have you followed us on Twitter and liked us on Facebook yet? I’ve been throwing up little spon cons here and there but participation is low so far. So make sure you like and follow for chances at prizes!
I think that’s all for now but be sure to keep an eye on the front page for all the latest as there’s a lot going on.
See you next week!
