Yes, it’s true.. Synthlight made a mistake this afternoon trying to shuffle files around on the server. Score records from 12 days of FFRmas have been reset. Tass is working to re-enter the top scores that we know of. This problem stems from the clever and sometimes not so clever ways we try to extend our capability on site. 
The good news is that the new server is on it’s way and arrives tomorrow afternoon. During the afternoon I will be down at the datacenter setting things up and relieving our growing pains.
If you want to look at this in a good way, you have a better chance of being in the top 10 scores for now.

THIS IS WHAT YOU MUST DO IF YOU WANT YOUR OLD SCORE RE-ADDED:
1. your score MUST be in the top100 (or close… aka, it can’t be some random junky score). I work 40+ hours a week. I’ll try to add as many back as I can, but I just don’t have the time to add in thousands of scores.
2. you MUST follow all the guidelines in this thread: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/vbz/showthread.php?t=55758
3. you MUST post your SS and score and everything IN the above mentioned thread.
4. IF YOU ARE POSTING MULTIPLE SSs, list them in alphabetical order, in addition to typing out the score. It will save me time. And every few seconds saved on each person’s scores will allow me to add back in more people’s scores overall.
5. you MUST play the new songs at least 1 time each. I CAN NOT change your score if it is currently zero.
If you can’t follow these rules, I will NOT add your scores back. If you don’t have a SS of your score, I CAN NOT add your score back.

6. PLEASE, if you can re-get your score, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try and do it yourself. I really do not want to spend 10 hours adding back in 500 different scores.

all 8 songs from FFRmas AND Coat Czech were erased. everything else is ok.

in my Level ranks for the songs that been reset there is still a rank from before.. but in the score there is 0 what that mean? can the site recover something?

i dont care that much, i can AAA all of the christmas songs besides classical insanely and firestorm. This dont really affect me.

Wow this is the crappiest christmas gift ever. Hey guys, now that you have worked hard on those songs, you get to play them ALL over again yay!!! yay!!! all your scores are gone yaya!!! Tried alot on classical to get a good score? Too bad its erased yay!!! Got lucky on some AAA? TOo bad cause now it dosent matter cause there all gone yay! GJ FFR…dammit seriously pisses me off.

Snaps: post SSs and I’ll fix your score. otherwise, your own damn fault for not taking SSs. you KNOW we’ve had problems with scores recording recently… and while this is different, you still should SS EVERY score you can’t get again easily.
