Nice idea, though I can’t really see myself spending that much for something only I can see.

This is the credit sink.

It’s not a credit sink when you look fabulous

ffr government attempts to dilute ffr citizens of their credits with new “colour” amendment
debt is at an all time low at -6.2 billion credits, and continues to decrease
95% of ffr citizens now live in poverty

lol Frank
But honestly, this is a really neat idea, and I really enjoy purchasing username colors for profile chat. It’s nice to have a change of pace once in awhile by trying a new profile chat color, IMO.

People still use Profile Chat?

This is a good idea in theory, but it’s just stopping me from begging for credits to get Last Battle Festival again. Stahp.

This is a ridiculously dumb idea. No offense.
Posted at 11:26pm on May 25th, 2014
If it were permanent, or perhaps cheaper for the time duration then I may even give it a little validity. Other than that, I’m not sure what the inspiration or incentive in doing this is.

How about you tweak up the Gambling Hall again so there can be an actual value for the colors? The credits you describe vs. credits that we earn in game are no where near comparable.
However, the only time I remember having more than 10m creds is when I gambled in the gambling hall, with which I would highly consider the idea seeing as the expenditure is minimal.
If there isn’t a faster way than playing to get credits, this idea is still fairly ridiculous

Also, let me rephrase. I’m drunk and I felt like my first comment was insensitive.
This idea could have potential if credits were given a different means of distribution aside from tournaments and playtime (as gambling hall is dead). That way, the colors that people can afford are a sign of their so called “wealth” which could be more than just a color given to a name.

the title of the article sounds like the introduction to an infomercial

The idea isn’t ridiculous simply because it is offering an optional service that does not impact gameplay or levelranks. It’s just something extra that no one is obligated to purchase. If you don’t purchase one, there are no negative repercussions.

If this was an advertisement for over-priced purchased levels for the game, then you would be able to say it is ridiculous.
Posted at 6:46pm on May 26th, 2014
I’m not talking about repercussions….but incentives to purchase it.

I’m not sure why you’d implement an addition to the game that wouldn’t naturally appeal to the general populous.
That said, if you provided a WAY for it to appeal to the general populous then the idea would be cool.

Too poor to afford white color again, host that tourney again where everyone gets credits please.
Posted at 6:51am on May 29th, 2014
well, it would be great if cheaper, not everyone have 500K credits, and there’s not a lot of tourneys happening (official/Unofficial.) in average, per song you get 21 credits, so you would need to play 238 songs for one day.

A better alternative to this would be to be able to buy noteskins.
