Status of 3rd Style
I just wanted to fill everyone in on the status of FFR 3rd style. We originally planned to have 3rd style finished by late April but have now realized that this project is much larger than anticipated. Believe me, there is nobody who would rather have 3rd style release more than myself. I absoluately cannot wait to get it out the door (soon!).
While I cannot give you a solid release date or time right now, I can say that I am working on it 3-4 hours per day at minimum. I will keep working hard on this project and get it out the door ASAP. Even if people were to volunteer and help with the actionscript, it would be difficult to get them up and running on the code.
While FFR 3rd style is being handled nearly 100% by me (LD for php support), we have 2 new music game projects starting up and would like to have finished before the end of the year. We are looking for high level actionscript coders & interface designers to donate their time to the projects. In specific, one of the projects involves physics. If you are interested or know anyone who would be interested, please PM me here or in the forum. Because of my involvement with 3rd style, we will need people who are self motivated and care to see the project through to completion.
3rd Style is on it’s way.

Take all the time you want. It’s free, I don’t see why people are complaining. It’s not like they are doing anything to help.

I don’t think the inclusion (or exclusion) will be the factor that determines the success of 3rd Style. Regardless, it should be very awesome.

I honestly have no real expectation for this simply because not much has been revealed. I like that, though. It just makes it more awesome when it blows away any expectations I would’ve had to begin with.
