Quick Update (plus a file for good measure)
Hey guys,
As some of you might have noticed, there haven’t been any weekly song releases yet. Everything left in the queue at this point has been reserved for the 9th Official Tournament (which should be starting very shortly, get hype). Hopefully the addition of seven (yes, seven!) files every week once the tourney kicks off should satisfy those members that felt short-changed this past weekend.
I have one quick release for you guys right now, something that wasn’t quite considered tourney-appropriate (I’ll let you guess why). hi19hi19‘s jacktackular Turbo should help tide most of you over until the Official starts. Good luck trying to net a Full Combo (or AAA?!) on this beast of a file.

Crust
1/2 L or 2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
3/4 of a stick (90 g) of tenderflake pastry lard
5 tablespoons of cold water
1 egg (for brushing, helps the surface get golden)
Milk (for brushing)

Filling
1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
80 mL or 1/3 cup of white sugar
80 mL or 1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 tablespoons of flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
6-8 medium-sized apples (McIntosh or Granny Smith or whichever available in your local store)
