People With Norton Unite!
Ok, so here is the deal. We have had increasing complaints from people that Norton Internet Security Suite blocks their access to FFR. It actually seems to stop the entire game from loading, leaving only a blue background. I have not been able to reproduce this locally but have a hunch it has to do with Multiplayer ports activating immediate upon loading. SpinItUP (Watch for new songs!), Resonance and FFR R2 have not suffered this same fate. And.. well.. as you know, they don’t have multiplayer components.
So we have taken this opportunity to slightly rearrange the way the multiplayer half of the game looks upon loading. Essentially everything works the same only we have added a few extra elements to fill up the space down there when not in multiplayer.
Added elements:
* Multiplayer (Same as before)
* News (Scrollable and easy to read latest news from FFR main page, auto updated)
* Help (Brand new semi-low bandwidth video showing new people the basics of how to play FFR)
* Support FFR (smaller sub-item that shows how you can attain early access to levels and early beta builds)
If you have Norton or Zone Alarm and have problems seeing the game, please PM me. We are looking to fix this immediately and will make this a top priority. And by top priority I mean we do nothing else until it gets fixed for you guys.

the exit butten in multi player still doent work… but in stead there is a M at the top left that takes you back….

It’s the wonders of flash. It’s basically arrows, except the arrows are actually 1/4ths of an edge of a circle.

I don’t know about the Norton thing on my school comps, but I’ve figured out how to get past the firewalls and to the FFR version’s “Blue Screen of Death”.

Wow, this made me realize just how far FFR has come. I remember when pretty much all that could be played here was FFR r1 with a lot less songs than there are now.

I have it, but with no problems with FFR. BUT problems with my CPU in general.. So, ever since I have received Norton Internet Security it has practically ruined my computer’s speed. Even computer repair service for me said that Norton Security and Norton GoBack had some problems in it.. =/

When I clicked “Click here to support FFR!” I thought it was going to bring me to a page full of ads. Or just clicks on a random add from the page. Would be cool to have that… I guess.

I even uninstalled my antivirus to try to play multiplayer but still i click Go and nothing happens. It acts like its going to load then goes back. Will someone give me some advice

Everything is fine. mines been out of date for 2 going on 3 months.
even when i had it…. it still worked fine.

my bug is different than this.
when playing ffr, i can no longer scroll with the mouse ball on the game. i have to click off the game and then scroll, or use the scroll bar. before, i could just scroll while clicked on ffr. but now i can’t.
so, there is help on another bug.

Since the update has happened, I have been trying multiple things to get the game to load. But it just won’t. I still get the blank blue screen. Any suggestions?

yeah this didn’t help at all because you didnt change the way the actual page loads up thats where the screen just goes blue.
