New Subbie Feature: In-Game Masking!
There are a few small features we’ve been wanting to add for some time now, and in-game masking is one of them. Many of you may ask… what is in-game masking? In-game masking is 2 things. It is the ability to hide your combo from displaying and it is the ability to hide your accuracy from displaying. Two separate features.
Now… why would this be a good thing? For the casual user, it likely won’t make much of a difference. In fact, for many users, it is crucial to be able to see one’s accuracy and/or combo. But for some users (especially reverse players), the combo and accuracy displays in-game can be highly distracting. It is for these users that we are giving the option to disable combo or accuracy or both.
For now, it is subscriber only. So if this is a feature you absolutely NEED, subscribe! You’ll also be getting all the other sweet subbie-only features and helping the site.
Be on the lookout for a few more small features that will make many users happy.

Ehhh there not working so great for me when there “ON” it doesnt hide anything. It might be just my computer ill play around with it a little.

The options are goofed up. If you want your combo to show, then you should turn combo masking off. Same goes for accuracy masking. That’s odd.

I turned both on and they were still showing.

My Combo Masking works. My Accuracy Masking automatically goes to On even if I put it on Off. If I put it Off, close the settings tab and immediately re-open it, Accuracy Masking is back to On.

First of all, this is awesome news. Thanks for listening to all of our complaints, hahaha.
Second, “masking on” should probably mean you DON’T see them (if it said accuracy “visible” then it would be different).
Third, only the combo masking works right now. Accuracy masking does not work.

its brokededed. i turned combo and accuracy masking on and only combo worked. then i turned accuracy masking on only and only combo worked. then i turned em both off and only combo worked. lol

we’re working on it. it WAS working perfectly… but some other small stuff wasn’t. so we fixed the small stuff, which in turn broke some of it working perfectly.
no worries… beta testing the beta stuff.

at first when I read this i just sort of thought… meh whatever
HOWEVER…. even with only the combo gone my PA has improved quite a bit.. and I play upscroll… I can’t imagine how much this helps some who plays downscroll

I really need this! Whenever my combo goes over 1000 the combo counter is just too big and it hinders my arrow reading. Now I can get rid of it. Thanks!!

I love you guys! No, really, I’ve always played reverse and although seeing the combo is nice, it was a bit distracting at times.
