Day 10: Rottel-da-station by Sampling Masters CHANG
While Synth and Jason work on getting that new server set up, and while Tass keeps on re-adding those scores that were deleted recently, we release our 10th Christmas song: Rottel-da-station by Sampling Masters CHANG.
To put it bluntly, this song is not for newbies in any way. Not only is it the hardest of our holiday songs this year, easily picking up a 5.5 rating on the 6-point scale, it’s also hidden from view unless you’ve managed to amass an extremely large number of FFR credits. That’s right, Rottel-da-station is our 24th secret song, and it requires a whopping 20,000 credits to play. Steps are by me and include long streams of 8ths filled with jumps, bursts of awkward 16th jumpstream or even just 16th jumps, and even a few 32nd bursts–not a song that will be FC’d by many, or AAA’d by anything short of a miracle run from an elite player. For those of you who meet the credit requirement: good luck. For the rest…keep playing and you’ll get there eventually 
Tomorrow we visit a genre that’s been untouched for quite a while. And of course, something quite special for Christmas day.

funk song, 100% sure, lolz, be funny if they put song in dance instead. I like the new song, it is pretty good beat and such, a little strenous as my warm-up song, but that’s ok, new song, new chance to get better scores. Hope the funk song is good though.

20,000? That’s stupid. What about people who don’t have a lot of time to play? I’d love to be able to play the 12 songs, but it’s not much fun for those who can’t even play the song. What good is it? I only have 6,000 credits.. By the time i hit 20,000 The song probobly won’t even be there anymore. =( Pretty stupid Idea.

This song is not overly hard; the classical songs still are way harder.
- Musicwise, sounds silly and crazy, just like any other rottel-da-whatever songs.
- Stepwise, overrated in terms of difficulty.

I think it’s stupid to have songs of the week that make you NEED credits. I only have like 3,700, and thats not fair. Ive been playing for hours on end ever since I made an account, and I personally think its degrating to people like me. I’m not trying to complain, but it is discriminating against us.

Sleep for the game of Jet Grind(Set) Radio, and another piece from a track of ZerOne, which is a rare CD I have.

Personally, I didn’t like the song at all, but that’s only because it was difficult for me to do with index. Overall, the song wasn’t too terrible, if nothing special either.
As for the 20,000 credits – get over it. If you keep playing, you’ll make 20,000. Heck, I’ve got something like 78,000 [don't ask for any.]
It’s most likely Funk, as Rock is second least-updated, but it had Straight To Video.

I do. On the first page of the secret section, click on Visions, but do NOT play it. Then, go down a page, click on any song, then once one of the Not Available things change, click on that. You get Rottel-Da-Station.
