Dance To Moroder & Angel Stays On This Ground – #31 and #32
Dance To Moroder is our 2nd song in game by Joy Electric. It’s a bit down tempo, yet still conveys energy that really does make you want to get up and Dance all the way to Moroder. Except that every time I try and go to Moroder, I wind up in Mordor. I think it is that stupid eye that keeps staring at me. Regardless. File is by jimerax, my main man always willing to do what is asked of him. He’s also the expert on file difficulties, and rated his own file a 4…. but I feel that it is a 5. So we can start the debate now on that subject. If you’d like to play the file to weigh in your input, just pass From Mount Chorus with 15 or less averages. FMC is in Misc.
Angel Stays On This Ground is another non-Vertex song by Silvia to be in game, also by Silver_Brian. The song has a very euro dance feel to it. No offense to Joy Electric, but ASOTG makes me want to Dance to Moroder even more than Dance to Moroder does. I rated the file a 7, but I could see it being a 6 also…. so, more debate. Also, the file kind of ends abruptly, about 2 seconds before the music does. Not really sure why, but that’s that. To unlock ASOTG, play Water Like Pudding. Get EXACTLY 243 perfects on it. 0 goods, 0 averages, 0 misses, 0 boos. I’ll let you guys figure out how to do that.

my autofail wont work, i set it it 243,1,1,1. and wenever i hit the first notes, it autofails me, even tho i hit them perfect? any suggestions?

OMG, ive refreshed, ive done everything. My gay autofail isnt working, or im doing something wrong. I have it at 243-1-1-1-1. and i hit the first 2 notes(the double) and it fails me with 2 perfects and 0 everything else. HELP:(

I would say about halfway between 4 and 5. I’m no help, am I?
If I had to choose, I would pick 4. Mainly because I almost Fced it 1st time (Might of been second, but w/e. I could be thinking of another song.), but I was being distracted.

Both of them were easy, I actually had to do the second one twice because I doubted myself and messed up and I didn’t do…yeah, no revealing. However, it took like 5 other turns before I was able to do it again.

Rachelkicksbutt, you can find auto-fail in the settings which is in the top right corner while you’re selecting the genres.

On the second you just need to stop playing on the note before it starts getting fast. Exactly when your combo says 243. I haven’t gotten it yet because of my horrible accuracy skills. (2 goods is the best I’ve gotten).

that’s weird about the boo….. i’m guessing it is a processor speed thing. because the MILISECOND i hit that 243rd note, i get failed out. long before i even get ready to hit the 244th note. so, i couldn’t get a boo if i wanted to.

Yeah something’s not right with autofail for me either, I have things set for 243 0 0 0 0 (not like I need 1 1 1 1, I know I’ll AAA up til the autofail), but as soon as I hit the first 2 notes as perfects, it fails me at 2 0 0 0 0.

Okay, Tass you might want Synth to look into this, but Flash9 is what kept me failing right at 2 perfects, Flash6 worked perfectly for it though. Just a heads up.

Oh and while I think of it, Flash9 also lags me on particular songs such as Lethal Injection and Delirium (only 2 I’ve noticed thusfar), and I thought maybe it’s just background songs, but Chrono Trigger works perfectly for me on Flash9. It must only be on certain computers though, because Sprite- said those songs work just fine for him. All songs work just fine for me on Flash6 and the normal version of Flash that non-subscribers play on. Done pestering you for now

I agree with Tass, just because of the parts with three sixteenths in a row.
Thanks for the new Tokens. Dance to Moroder isn’t nearly as long (or annoying) as From Mount Chorus, and I can actually stand listening to it.

Yeh I guess I’ll have to say a 5 for DTM – it did seem easy enough to be a 4, but compared to some of the other 5′s on FFR (I just looked at the Dance ones), it seems to be more like one of these, with the sixteenths (as Shadowstar said). But 4 could work as well, so I’ll just go with the majority vote. Good tokens, both of them, even if it did get me a bunch of tries to nab ASOTG (thanks to comment 55 because that’s the one that helped me out).
