#64 and #65 – Stunt Flying & Prelude to Rites
Stunt Flying (Sanxion7 Mix) is a remix of a song that is apparently by a Dr. Flowershirts, but I can’t find any information about the original besides via Saxxonpike’s site. Cool song, overall. Many of you may know it from StepMania. File is by Silver_Brian. I rated it an 8 for its streams at 142bpm, but I’m thinking it might be a 7. To unlock, play another Saxxonpike song, Palindrome, and Full Combo it.
Prelude to Rites is our first song in game by unique musician and FFR regular Schizophrenic Raccoon. You can check out his music here. It is, as I said… unique. I don’t think my words do it justice, so check it out yourself. The stepfile is by Silvuh and is all 12th notes at 150bpm, which is like stream at 112.5. Combine that with the fact that this song is under 90 seconds, and you’d think it would be a 4 or a 5 in difficulty. But, no. 8 very musically justified 4-framers force this file into being a 6. To unlock this original song, play Evil Approaches. Get a 250+ combo, 600+ perfects, and 20 or less boos.

pretty easy requ’s. Good songs too. You were right about the second song tass … it was hell a weird. I almost missed a note listening to just the song … the first song is awesome tho. Keep up the awesome work =).

Another harder song (Evil Approaches) being used to unlock an easier one (Prelude to Rites). Not the kind of thing I particularly enjoy, and I won’t be getting that token anytime soon because of it. I’m too far away from all three requirements. I did manage to get Stunt Flying though; Palindrome and Driveway [Heavy] are the only two difficulty 8 songs I’ve FCed.
