Well, it is either a 99 or higher. I compared the song with RATO and Undici just looks like a longer version of it. Meaning that its as hard as RATO for three minutes. Definitively harder in my opinion.

Remember that RATO has some godawful frame placements (stuff like 1[23][14] in a 12341234 roll) that makes it very troll to be consistent on, while Undici is framefixed very nicely. Probably still harder than RATO, but maybe not by as much as you think.
