Updated User Event Rules & Introduction of Officially Backed Events
Posted in Flash Flash Revolution on September 19th, 2016
Hey there everyone!
I recently went through and did a little editing on the rules for events run by users. Prior, they were only being applied to tournaments; now they will apply to any user run event on the site. But what I’m most excited to present to you is the introduction of official backing for user run events. This is going to allow users to offer tokens and increased credit prizes in their events if they meet the requirements. I’m really hoping this will have us see an increase in the number of user events being run, as well as the number of people participating in them. You can find all the details for the updated rules, and official backing information in the thread here.

This is great to hear! Plus it’ll hopefully mean more users will participate in these tournaments.

Not only participate but also host events and it doesn’t have to be just tournaments

I have an idea for a “tournament” that is more of a challenge rather than going for score and such, my idea is to push people way above their level with isolation sections of songs that are too hard, like alright D4 this round is the ending of Skeletor, good luck :p

I’m really excited to see what fun, creative events come of this! Hopefully continuous events like the rivalries take advantage of this deal too!
