No it's a really interesting short story but your right about the topic being a bit unsettling...dangit, now every time I play manhunt I'm gonna think about this.

The poem is intended to show how sometimes, random terrible things happen and there's nothing we can do about it. It also tells the different sides of a tragedy.

Each stanza is from a different point of view, in reverse chronological order (hence the numbering), if that helps.
