        I'm currently reading Servant of the Underworld by Aliette de Bodard, which is a novel based on Aztec mythology where a high priest of the dead is called in to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a priestess. I knew very little about Aztec mythology going into it, so it's been a fascinating experience. Thankfully I'm reading it on an e-reader where it's easy to look up references to Aztec deities and such on the fly.
