I've watched very little anime but I plan on watching much more. It's been hard for me to find anime that I actually like but I find it hard to rate the anime that I do. Whatever.

I think I will give Clannad a go though.

And I don't really like to watch shows that are currently airing. I get impatient.


I can't decide whether Death Note is actually worth watching. Did anyone else enjoy it that isn't a fanboy, etc.?

About Deathnote I'm not a fan boy but I happened to watch random episodes and actually like them soooo I am planning to watch the whole season from start.

I'm not an anime fanatic per say, but Death Note definitely is as amazing as you've heard. If anyone else thinks there are other animes I would enjoy by looking at my anime list, then feel free to suggest.

What's the deal with Hajime No Ippo? I keep seeing stellar ratings for it but just can't imagine what could come out of an anime about boxing.

Convince me that it's good, thread, by stating its really good points.

Hajime no Ippo is amazing. I accidentally stumbled upon it when I was searching for a bleach episode and fell in love with the fighting scenes. Not only are the fighting scenes seriously some of the coolest out of any anime, but it is truly truly hilarious. Anime doesn't make me laugh generally, and I'm only searching for the action ones. The reason Hajime no Ippo might be my true favorite anime is because it is truly tear jerking hilarious while also making a boxing type anime cooler than you could ever imagine it to be possible. The whole story, just everything is really good. It is seriously just a high quality, very well made anime. I'm not a manga reader but I'm very tempted to read Hajime no Ippo's to avoid having to wait for the new season to come out. To not check it out would be a waste for those who are interested in badass fighting scenes and true comedic genius.
