I watched this show with my brother not too long a go and it is brutal, which is good =D Well, there were some parts that were messed up, like the flashback to the train (which I won't spoil for those who haven't seen it), that was just depressing.

Most brutal manga/anime you will ever read/watch. Just think of heads, getting ripped off. Actually, if you've ever read or watched GANTS then just picture that with naked chicks :S

But there's already a bunch of naked chicks in there, haha!
