There are anime of Final Fantasy 7, but I would still consider him as a videogame character not an anime one since he was in videogames first.

video game wise i would go with cloud aor barret (for the mouth) but anime im gunna go with sasuke from naruto *cant wait to watch the rest of the japanese episodes*

Well since I haven't posted my favorite characters (I have 2) and they would be Haruhi Suzumiya from the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya and the other one would be Ash from phantom brave (not an anime the characters look like anime though)
