ah the anime known as Initial Drift. the greatest racing anime of all time, and the real life movie in japan was cool. watch the japanese versions with english subtitles, because tokyopop did a HORRIBLE job at carrying the movie and anime over to North America.

in a nutshell, this is about a driver named Takumi Fujiwara delivering tofu up in Mt. Akina in Gunma Prefecture. He learns to drive well, gets into street racing, etc etc. im not going to ruin it for you. this stuff puts the fast and the furious series to complete shame.

Ah lol yes. I am a fan of the arcade game. i never have any time to go play anymore, unfortunately; plus, the v3 machine was taken out of my local theater. in the groove was also taken out >___< cuz of time crisis. the movie was interesting, and i have read a few of the mangas. do you play the arcade game?

we dont have the arcade game in my city, but every spring i go to edmonton, and its there. yeah i play it there, its a cool game. i love the anime and movie though, teaches you lots of things that you shouldnt be doing in real life anyways. damn those influences.

I watched the movie [With Jay Chou, Edison Chen, and others] and I loved it, it certainly turned out to be one of my favourite Chinese movies. I didn't really like the girl who played Jay's love interest or whatever in the movie, I heard she was actually Japanese?

It was also the beginning of when I started to like Jay Chou's music even more, and still do, though I never got into Edison's music.

I also watched an episode of the anime version when I went to China over the summer, it wasn't bad, except I pretty much knew what was going to happen next because of the movie. And I only understood only about 85% of that episode because my Cantonese sucks.

Show has an awesome song selection, story line picks up a little into the 1st stage, and they lose the "drawn" on mouth expressions..haha. Big change from 1st to 4th stage huh.

i cleared the first 4 stages and 4 star racer level.
i havent played in forever though

that my car.iall i need to do is beat the last guy on the last level. this is also my new car. my old one got stolen. i had the whole game beat 4 times and i was a ballte level 19
