Assuming Noah was the one who shot Nathan, there was no way he would've been able to get from the Company HQ, or even from California, over to the Odessa Police Station. Bob and Noah would've been just leaving his home in California, and the camera in the vault logically would've been set up to the same system that Elle found when she saw Sylar, meaning someone besides Bob, Noah, and Elle would've had to see it.

I don't know if it was ever clarified where the Company's location was where Peter stayed (probably somwhere in New York, since it was so easy for him and Adam to find Nathan after escaping, and for Elle to get to Isaac's loft so quickly), but they also would've had a facility in Texas that Noah used in the first season, so the assassin would've had to been somewhere there.

Um.

Which doesn't really help at all.

I believe the main office was in New York. That was where Linderman was, it would make sense for the main building to be there.

It is also a distinct possibility that the guy who shot Nathan is a totally unknown and new character that we will find more about in the third season. It appears he has some relation to Mrs. Petrelli and the reason why he was there in the first place was because she tipped him off about what might happen and told him to shoot Nathan if he were to reveal their secret to the world. After all, Mrs. Petrelli doesn't seem to have qualms about killing her own sons.

Roaches are a reference to evolution I think, since they've been around for a really long time.
I'm not sure if I've ever noticed any roaches though, but I only saw the episode once, and that was a week ago.

I thought it was symbology, but they appear once or twice in a few places roaches wouldn't be.

Golden office wouldn't work very well since windows would become non-transparent, carpet would no longer be soft, doors, desks and chairs would be needlessly heavy and weak, and locks would also be weak, and all sorts of stuff. Considering his power, he's probably sick of even seeing gold.

Jeez, give them some time! West was just a plot developer for Claire and HRG, but now that he's on the inside, he can actually go somewhere. Maya and Alejandro were just plot devices for Sylar, too, but now their story can go somewhere.

Also, how can you hate them? They've done little to nothing to earn hate...

Dude he just annoys me. His smile is weird. He acts weird, the whole "Alien/Robot" thing was stupid. It's his fault Bob finds Claire. He's like "NO I MUST HELP", then gets owned by someone that's possible more annoying than he is. I just don't like the guy. I don't hate him, I just find him useless and annoying.

i still want to know what Kaito's and Angela's powers were/are. We know most of the other corporation people's powers.

I just read somewhere that we've already seen Angela's powers through Peter already, although Angela hasn't used hers at all.

I like to think that Kaito is a teleporter.

brb volume 3 speculations:

Since it's titled "Villains", it's likely that more serious antagonists like Sylar (as opposed to secretive antagonists like the Company and Adam) are going to arrive. Maybe even one of the good guys will turn evil for selfish or power reasons, unlike Peter's darker side caused by him striving to "save the world". Out of anyone, Parkman would be the most likely I think, since his power has that kind of precedent with Maury. Also, he started to get darkly aggressive when he forced the truth out of Angela about Adam.
