question: how can anyone watch this show after the first few episodes where people suck. cause its F ucking gay otherwise

For the same reason that people attend concerts: to see musical shows.

I don't really appreciate the shows too much, but they're mildly entertaining. Millions of other people apparently love it. The point is that it's far from gay, so take your trolling out of the forum.

I haven't been able to watch as religiously as I have in the past, but I did get to see the Brittenum twins make asses of themselves on numerous occaisons, and I watched last night, and I was pretty unimpressed with most of the "Top 12" guys.

And does anyone else think it's a little unfair for Paris to be on this show? Her grandmother is a famous recording artist -- that connection should be enough to get her started as a singer.

I agree. It's obvious that she'll win because her grandmother is a famous recorder.

But we CAN spread the word of this to all AI fans on FFR to not vote for her.

Well, it's not necessarily true that she'll win because of her grandmother. She's RIDICULOUSLY talented and cute and could win the whole thing on her own. It just seems unfair that someone already connected to the music industry gets a spot in the top 24 when someone else might have deserved it (although most of the vocalists are pretty so-so).

I heard Kellie was annoying as all hell. I haven't seen her perform.

How was it unfair? She's amazing. She did it all on her own. The judges wouldn't have let her get nearly this far if she had no talent... And now it's up to us to vote. So, how is it unfair? You think the judges will more likely give good comments to her because of her grandmother? rofl?

And Kellie is far less talented than many of the contestants.

Katharine, Paris, and Lisa are my favorites. Bucky really impressed me, even though I agreed with the judges that he forced it a bit. Taylor, Mandisa, and Elliott are good, although none WOW me like the ones I listed as my favorites. Melissa and Chris are alright. The rest are blaaaah, including Ace (oveeeeraaaaated).
