Instead of just flaming, why don't you graphic "pro's" give advice??

The text is cool, and the shadow is pretty good, but the effect in side of the text is just... well, its not working too well... you should try something a little less hard on the eyes next time! And try using the Color Levels (ctrl + L) feature to tone down, or brighten the colors. (that is if your using photoshop...)
