Recommendations Laptop/Pc for sm .

hellou brothers and sisters! 8)

Since my brave laptop is on the end of road i guess, im forced to look forward for a new one.
So im here to ask you guys about recomendations for a new one and i hope that someone can get me some advices and suggestions.

So basicly im pretty casual internet user and keysmasher.
What does is mean?

That I dont need high class hardware for gaming, the only one thing what i need is the CHEAPEST Pc (only box) or a laptop (tbh it doesn't rlly matters) mostly for stepmania.

So again what does it means?

Basicly i want to stepmania work rlly smoth on the new one.
I dont wanna be missunderstanding, so, i dont wanna random hardware for that,
i mean i want to be sure of that the sm will be working REALLY SMOTH on it. I mean, rlly.


So since im so poor about that kind of stuff at all, im asking you guys and hope that some1 help me x)

Thats not an answer that i was expected
I know that for some people this can be an idiotic thread, but for example since i have lags problems with newest Stai theme on my laptop
(which isnt that old and bad i guess) i want to avoid situations like that.
