    What happened to Reincarnate's recent thread?

    There was a lot of contribution there. Now it's just vanished. Why?

      Didn't even know it was gone. I spent a good deal of time writing those posts, so I'm a little upset that it just poofed like that.

              No, usually when an OP is deleted, the next post in line is designated as the OP post so the thread doesn't vanish. I'd message a mod or admin to see why it was deleted.

                  EDIT: This post is based on speculation of what I know. Keep this in mind.

                  It was deleted because of a "security breach". Yes, it is about as cryptic as it sounds.

                  Just thought about this. What should have been done is that all of my posts should have just been edited to have quotes to "Previous Post" or something along those lines. That way, all of the time I spent writing those posts doesn't just disappear.

                  My stance on this is that if you post a thread, you should be held personally responsible to any information that could be linked back to you. It shouldn't be an admin's responsibility to cover up your thread for whatever reason because you didn't think about the ramifications beforehand.
