So a question about the ranking system, for these does any song count? Or are token songs excluded from average rank and grand total?

Token and skill token songs have their own separate level ranks page.

All other songs count towards your public song average rank (the one that is on your profile / level stats).

Is there a ranking system that shows in order who has the best average rank to lowest average rank?

There is a list of the top 1000 average ranks, but it is a veteran-only feature.

Admins and Moderators may be able to help if your referring to a score wipe.

You know the panel on your profile that says " -Account Name- Gameplay Stats Today". Well, I've looked on other people's profiles and they have like a status represented in bars too below it; however, my account doesn't have it. Is something wrong with my profile? Also, is there any way I can add the bar stats?
