On the song select menu in any genre, there will be a little circular "plus" button on the right-hand side of the song tile. Press the button to add it to your favourites.

It would be helpful to link a video. There are several different FFR engines out there, both official and unofficial. You might be talking about this.

There aren't any ways to upload your own songs to the FFR engine unless you have your own version of the engine elsewhere.

And for full screen, go here and right click on the game, then click "Toggle Fullscreen."
