It comes back on when you get unbanned, unless the date of expiration is during your ban, which it won't come back then.

No, being banned supresses your access to subscription services because your base usergroup changes from 'subscribers' to 'banned users'

The recurring nature of subscriptions is done through your paypal not the site. If you want to stop paying for your subscription, you go to your paypal, look at the ongoing payments and cancel the one going to here.
