A lot of the time I'd like to change how fast the steps are going by... is there a way to do that? (Aside from going to the options and raising the speed every time you play the song)
Like when you're playing songs on the website here from the simfile db you can change the value for speed in the url and force the steps to scroll faster/slower. Some of the songs I downloaded have the steps scrolling really slow and it makes the song a lot harder because you can't figure out the timing... you just get a wall of arrows.
I've played the same songs on the website and they're much more manageable.
Actually, the majority of the songs I try playing seem to have this problem

alls u do website www.stepmaniasongs.com and choose the one u want and if it comes up not the one you where lookin for then just type in stepmania songs
