Help I Can't Get Characters To Work On Step Mania!!!!

When i have the characters in the file and everytime i try to play a song i get the following error message ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:

The redirect 'Characters/Zach/Rest/Rest.redir' references a file 'Characters/_DDRPC_common_Rest.bones.txt' which doesn't exist.

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
