Ack, if you're talking about StepMania, you can simply import them by draging the extracted folder (contains the mp3 and stuff) into your /Songs/ folder in the StepMania program directory. Then, using StepMania, make sure you have it filed correctly by attempting to edit the stepfile.

If you're talking about FFR, your simfile has to be original... And you have to submit it in the FFR Submissions Forum.
