Can't you fax in a form and still use the forums under 13?

Instead of just attacking them with "UUA BAN" we should atleast inform of this form, and link them to it.

EDIT: And for this specific case, we don't have sufficient evidence to give a ban on the grounds of UUA, grade does not determine the age in all cases, and there are still quite commonly 13 year olds in that grade. However if Synthlight wishes on the grounds of "Because I can" then that's a whole new story.

Making multiple posts one after the other is very bad, you should ask your brother about forum etiquette before it's too late.

For when you need to add additional information to your post, there is an Edit button at the bottom right side of your post that allows you to change the post or even delete it.
