Like the screen is there, and everything
its just
the arrows and stuff wont come up
So i push refresh
and it changes my difficulty.

I'm not at my dad's house right now, so I'll do my best to guide you. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong:

Tools>Internet Options>Temporary Internet Files>Delete.

What version of Flash do you have?

What browser are you using? This happens a lot in Fire Fox and even more in an out of date version of it. Use IE.

Open up the game.

Right click the game window.

At the bottom of the drop-down should be the text "About Flash [Number]..."

It's one of many administrators. I'll list the ones I can think of right now:
